• The UT-level conference ‘Antarvekshan 2025’, chaired by Hon’ble Lt Governor Shri Manoj Sinha, brought together police leadership, security forces, and experts to deliberate on future-ready policing, internal security, technology, and disaster management.

JAMMU: On the lines of DsGP and IsGP Conference , UT level Conference ' Antarvekshan 2025 '  chaired by Hon’ble Lt Governor Sh Manoj Sinha , was held at  Jammu.  The Conference was attended by officers of J&K Police , ranging from Sub Inspectors to senior officers ; HG , CD & SDRF ; Prosecution ; Fire Services and CAPF.

Forensic Advisor to Government of Assam , Sh Keshav Kumar ; Chief Secretary Sh Atal Dulloo ; Director IIT Prof  Manoj Singh Gaur and  375 police officers attended in person , whilst 90 officers  virtually.

Six technical sessions were held on the following topics :

i. Imperatives for JKP in Viksit Bharat : Policing in 2047

ii. Role of AI in Policing

iii. Terrorism and Foreign Interference in J&K : Threats and Measures

iv. Role of Police Stations in Internal Security and Public Service Delivery 

v. Successful Investigation and Prosecution : Role of Forensics and Technology 

vi. Role of Police in Disaster Management 

On this occasion, an MOU was also signed between J&K Police and IIT Jammu. DG-P Sh Nalin Prabhat  , SDG Coord Sh SJM Gillani , and ADG HQ Sh MK Sinha briefed the assembly.
