JAMMU: A Nukkad Natak on the theme "Let's Break The Silence" was presented today at Government College of Education (GCoE) under the aegis of SPARSH/GSCASH Committee here. The main objective of this event was to spread awareness amongst staff and students about sexual harassment.

The program was initiated with the welcome address by Convenor, SPARSH Committee, Dr. Davinder Kour,. Principal Government College of Education, Jammu, Prof Dr. Jyoti Parihar inaugurated the programme.

She encouraged the students to report any such instances either inside or outside the college campus. She emphasized that students must contact the concerned committee for such concerns and issues.

The participants executed the Nukkad Natak in an effective way. The event was coordinated by SPARSH Committee members Prof. Deepali Devi, Dr.Shalini Sharma, Dr. Ambica Kumari, Dr. Sonam Gandotra and Raman Karalia alongwith students, members Anjali, Jaspreet, Bhagya lakshmi Neha and Gourav.
