BHADERWAH: The School of Management Studies (SOMS), Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu, organised a placement drive for MBA students in collaboration with Mudralaya FinTech Private Limited, providing aspiring management professionals with valuable employment opportunities and industry exposure.
The placement drive was conducted under the leadership of Dr. Umesh Choudhary, Incharge Head, School of Management Studies, as part of the School’s ongoing efforts to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and enhance student employability.
In his message, Prof. Rahul Gupta, Rector, Bhaderwah Campus, appreciated the initiative and congratulated the School for successfully organising the placement drive. He encouraged the students to continuously develop industry-relevant skills and actively participate in internships, placement drives and professional development programmes to build successful careers.
Welcoming the corporate representatives, Dr. Umesh Choudhary received Mr. Kunal Dalotra, Founder & CEO; Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Founder & COO; and Ms. Rupali Thakur, Co-Founder & CMO, Mudralaya FinTech Private Limited. The corporate team interacted with the students, shared insights into the FinTech industry and conducted multiple rounds of interviews to assess candidates on communication, analytical ability, interpersonal skills and professional aptitude.
Following the selection process, five MBA students were offered placements by the company. The selected students are Ms. Prakarti Dutt, Mr. Asish Sharma, Mr. Yawar Hussain, Ms. Madhu Mahima and Ms. Aruna Bhagat.
Congratulating the selected students, Dr. Umesh Choudhary thanked the leadership and team of Mudralaya FinTech Private Limited for providing the valuable opportunity. He also appreciated the dedicated efforts of the faculty members of the School of Management Studies in making the placement drive a success.
