The lecture addressed several key aspects, highlighting seven major types of competencies necessary for effective library services. It emphasized the importance of continuous research to innovate and enhance library offerings, as well as the ability to analyze data and trends in the field.
Prof. Sangita Gupta, Head of DLIS at the University of Jammu, thanked Prof. Ganaie for his enlightening lecture, noting that his insights are extremely valuable to both students and faculty.
